14 yehrs after The Scale War, began The Snout Purge. Kemp, the city that Furzhold M Groust claimed for his throne, finally released from their oppressors began executing the Dragonborn. For a time, The Snout Purge was isolated to Kemp, but as Supuls Atios gained power and strength in the Aurelin continent, the hatred for Dragonborn grew into a nearly unstoppable machine of death.

Members of The Feazark Horde were the first to be killed, stripped of their possessions, titles, and monstrously executed by the rope after being dehorned, and descaled. Only a handful of The Feazark Horde escaped, choosing to scratch out a quiet life in the outskirts of civilization, constantly fearful of Kemp bounty hunters.

Dragonborn who dissented from The Feazark Horde were hunted nonetheless. Supuls Atios enforced the belief that these war creations were incredibly dangerous individuals who all needed to be squashed under his foot. This belief is so pervasive, that many towns and cities consider it Illegal to be a Dragonborn, allowing for the murder and kidnap to hold no consequences, or questions from the local government for any brutal actions taken by citizens or adventurers.

Kobolds escaped this punishment, as a failed creation of Furzholds’ army, when released into the world as the initially dumb, curious, and small creatures they took refuge in caves together, forming strong social bonds with each other. Unifying their need for a purpose in the world, several grovels of Kobold started trading and offering basic services to civilization, outside of Kemp.
